1. Terms
By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Charges
Charges made for actual services performed by our office are non-refundable. You agree that if you make a payment by credit card, you will not cancel it, request a charge-back, or revoke the card, nor dispute the charge with the credit card company, or otherwise demand a reversal of the charges by the credit card company, unless such an agreement is prohibited by law. You agree to notify Ecom Seller Tools, Inc. (the Company) directly to dispute charges or terminate services. The Company will promptly refund any unused and undisputed balances to you. If you dispute the charges and cancel, revoke, or charge-back a charge on my credit card such that a fee, penalty, overdraft, or other unanticipated charge is posted to the Company’s account, and it is later determined that the charge was properly authorized, you agree to pay all out of pocket fees and costs (including legal fees) incurred by the Company as a result of the improper cancellation, revocation, charge-back or dispute.
3. Accounts
When you create an account on the Site, you must provide and maintain information that is complete, accurate, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which could result in immediate termination of your account.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Company at any time.
